Every bassist needs to be able to listen for and play the same rhythm as the kick drum. These play a long files are designed to help you do just that.

Just play the root of the chord with the rhythm of the kick drum. Some files you'll be able to re-arrange the chords and some you'll just have to listen and play the rhythm of the kick.
